Yet again, today’s snow shows the value of local amenity spaces like Daly Way Green. Residents were out early this morning, making the most of it!
There’s certainly plenty of support for the campaign against Thames Water’s plans …

Let's hope Thames Water and AVDC take more notice of them than they do of everyone else!!
If TW get their way, this enjoyment of our green will become a thing of the past.
AVDC, You must not be a party to this, you must reject it and preserve this green and others like it.
It should be kept for what it was intended, residents recreation and leisure, we don't want any of it replaced with unsuitable surfaces
WE WOULD CALL ON THAMES WATER, AVDC AND BCC AND ASK THEM TO STOP THIS TOTALLY UNSAFE AND UNSUITABLE SCHEME FOR A RESIDENTIAL AREA AND TO WORK TOGETHER AND FIND A LONG TERM SOLUTION THAT IS RIGHT FOR EVERYONE.
WE NEED TO ENSURE THAT ALL GREEN SPACE IS PROTECTED FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS.
LOOK AT HOW MUCH FUN THESE CHILDREN HAVE BEEN HAVING ON THEIR COMMUNITY GREEN.
