Thames Waters sewer flooding manager.<BR/><BR/>Who cut the funding for maintenance - OFWAT DID<BR/>Who says they did - Thames Water did<BR/><BR/>Who are OFWAT - A Government appointed body supposedly here to protect us, the consumer and customer from being shafted by TW.<BR/><BR/>What did OFWAT do - They increased significantly the funding to deal with sewer flooding.<BR/>By 10times the amount they cut the maintenance funding by.<BR/><BR/>Who pays for this increase.
